Why has some content not been automatically tracked in my report?

If you're noticing that some content isn't showing up in your report, don't worry! Here are a few common reasons why this might happen and how you can fix it:

1. Hashtags or Mentions might be incorrect 🔍

Double-check the hashtags or mentions used by your influencers! They need to match exactly with what you entered when creating your report. Even the smallest difference (like a missing dot) can prevent content from being tracked. For example, #StellarTech is not the same as #Stellar.Tech 😉. Be sure everything lines up perfectly!

2. Missing social media accounts 📱

Have you added all of your influencers’ social media accounts to Stellar? If you've included an influencer in your report but only added their Instagram account to your portfolio, we won't be able to track content posted on their TikTok or other platforms. Check their profile in your Stellar account to make sure all relevant social media accounts are included.

3. Content posted outside the report timeframe ⏳

Make sure the content was posted within the timeframe of your report. For example, if your report ends on December 1st but the influencer posts on December 3rd, that content won’t be tracked automatically. Always check the dates to make sure everything lines up!

4. Our platform may not yet track that content 📊

While Stellar tracks a wide range of social media content, there are still some types of content we don’t yet support. If you’re missing content from a specific platform, it could be because our platform doesn’t track it—yet! Stay tuned as we continuously update our capabilities. You can check out which type of content we do not (yet) support here.

Still Missing Content? Add It Manually ✍️

If an influencer made a typo in their hashtags or posted after the report’s timeframe, you can always add the content manually. It’s a quick fix to ensure everything gets tracked!
