You just added an influencer to your portfolio but their stories are not visible?
Don't panic, it's normal! 😉
In Stellar, we keep stories "forever" as of the moment the influencer is added to your portfolio until the moment you decide to remove them.
But what if I need to add stories that have not been tracked yet or were posted with incorrect/missing hashtags or mentions? Once your report is created, you can add stories "manually".
How?
In the Influencers tab, click on the three dots next to the influencer's name, then "Add a story".
⚠️ Please be aware that if the influencer wasn't added to the platform by the start time of your report, the stories won't appear, even if you try to add them manually. In rare cases, it can happen that our external data provider retrieves more content than expected for some influencers but as it is not our official rule for content retrieval, you shouldn't count on it. ⚠️
