Want to understand how we calculate engagement for influencer posts? Here’s how it works! 🪄

📊 Engagement rate (default = last 3 months)

The engagement rate is based on the average engagement per post over a selected time period.
By default, this is calculated over the last 3 months.

📅 You can adjust the date range using the filter at the top-right of the screen — choose any custom range that fits your campaign analysis.

📱 Engagement metrics by platform

Each social network measures engagement differently. Here’s what we include:

📸 Instagram

Engagement = Likes + Comments

  • Likes = Number of likes

  • Comments = Number of comments

⚠️ If an influencer hides likes, we can’t display them — this may affect the engagement rate.

▶️ YouTube

Engagement = Likes + Comments

  • Likes = Likes on the video

  • Comments = Comments on the video

🎵 TikTok

Engagement = Likes + Comments + Shares

  • Likes = Number of likes

  • Comments = Comments on the video

  • Shares = Times the video was shared

💬 Facebook

Engagement = Shares + Reactions + Comments

  • Shares = Number of times the post was shared

  • Reactions = All reactions (like, love, wow, etc.)

  • Comments = Number of comments

🐦 Twitter (X)

Engagement = Retweets + Favorites + Comments

  • Retweets = How many times the tweet was shared

  • Favorites = Likes on the tweet

  • Comments = Replies to the tweet
