The Project module is a part of Stellar Tech that assists in planning, launching, and managing collaborations with your team or clients, such as product placement campaigns, product seedings, events, runways, and contests.

How to create a project?

Creating a project is a quick and easy process that can be done either from a group or directly from the Project Module. To create a project from an existing group, click the "Create a project" button in the Actions menu. Alternatively, from the Projects page, click the +Create a project button located on the right side of the screen.

The first step is to name the project, associate it with influencers who are part of a group, and provide start and end dates for the project. You will find several tabs that need to be completed and reviewed to optimize your project creation, planning, and management.

What does this module offer?

  • Overview: In this tab, you can describe and detail your project, including guidelines that will be shared with influencers. You can also generate custom, short links to distribute to each influencer for tracking the traffic they send to websites, web pages and more. ⚠️ Be aware that bitly links are restricted by Instagram if the influencers change them too often in their bios. We recommend using https://linktr.ee/ (or equivalents) in the influencers' bios to avoid these restrictions.

  • Influencers: This tab lists the influencers from a group that you want to involve in the project. This is where influencers can be shared for review and then approved or declined by a co-worker or client.

  • Audience Overlap: This tab informs you whether approved influencers for the project share common followers (% of unique and common audiences). ⚠️ If some of the influencers hide their followers, the audience overlap cannot be calculated.

  • Deliverables: This tab allows you to list deliverables per influencer with associated dates. This enables us to provide you with a forecast of spend and performance for the campaign but also per content and influencer.

  • Management: In this tab, you can manage relationships with influencers, communications, and gift/product seeding.

  • Calendar: This tab provides an overview of all the influencer's post schedules, allowing you to better anticipate publications and organize your campaigns with your coworkers.
