It is unfortunately not possible to create dedicated views per type of user/admin. In other words, you cannot customize the type of access.

What you can do though, is invite your partners/clients to see and contribute to a particular project or report by inviting them as 'Guests'. However, this does not mean they can navigate through the whole section or module. Only the Project or Report in question.

🧐 How can you manage guests exactly? Check here.

What else should you know about this topic? Admins vs Users 🕵️

By default, every Stellar account is entitled to 5 users at no extra cost. These 5 users ('Admins' and 'Users') can easily collaborate on the same Stellar account.

There are some differences as to what they are allowed to do in Stellar, but mainly, Admins have more rights when it comes to the 'Settings' & 'Billing' sections.

→ Only Admins can manage the Users tab where they can easily add/delete Users and Admins

→ Only Admins can have access to the 'Activity' tab in the 'Settings', where they can check the team's activity (see the below image).

  • They can filter by dates, user first name/last name, influencer, group, brand, campaign, or project.

  • They can see all the actions taken and by whom: influencer deletion, creation of a group, influencer status updated in a project, posts added/deleted in a report, etc...

  • Did you spot a mistake in the activities list? No worries, there is a 'Reset' button ↩️ to undo certain manual actions, such as an influencer deletion from your portfolio or from a group.

→ On the other hand, Users have access to the first four tabs in 'Settings':

  • Appearance: choose your theme, display mode, and much more!

  • Imports (see the below image): When you import CSV files into your influencers' portfolio, you can easily follow their progress, errors list to check, and all the history in this tab. How useful is that? 🤓
