How do I register for camp?

Registration Process at Steve & Kate's Camp

Registering with Steve & Kate's Camp is easy and quick. Our process begins with either making a new online account or logging into an existing one here. You will then be prompted to enter or confirm the required account information. Make sure to verify or update your account details before proceeding with enrollment. The registration process typically takes about 5–10 minutes. You can access the registration page directly here: https://join.steveandkatescamp.com/register.

Each step in the process must be completed in order to move onto the final registration step, which is choosing a location and adding Day Passes or a Summer Pass. When moving through the checkout process you need to be sure to select the camp location you plan to attend, for the session you are registering for, and choose how many Day Passes you'd like to purchase. Alternatively, you can select the Summer Pass option. Double-check your selections to ensure you have chosen the correct camp and the desired number of passes. Returning families should note that while a primary camp location must be selected during registration, they can choose a different camp location for the day during Express Check-In.

Additionally, once registered, you can attend any camp location. To switch locations, you simply need to select the desired site in your account's Express Check-In tab.

Once you've selected your camp location and passes, you'll be able to save and continue to checkout. At checkout, you'll be able to make your purchase using either a card or ACH transaction. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure all payment details are accurate before proceeding with checkout.

Handling and Submitting Necessary Paperwork

Some camp locations may require additional paperwork for enrollment validation, Steve & Kate’s uses an online service, Sign Now, to facilitate document submission. Always ensure to complete and submit all required documents promptly to avoid delays. If you encounter issues, request for the paperwork link to be resent and double-check your spam folder.

  • After registration, you’ll receive an email with instructions from Sign Now. Double-check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

  • Complete and submit all required documents before your child's first day of camp.- If you are missing registration emails, check your spam folder or use this direct link to set up your password: https://join.steveandkatescamp.com/password/new. If errors persist, contact support to resend the email.

  • If follow-up materials or state forms are missing, request the paperwork link to be resent and check your inbox for updates.

Please note that your registration is not considered complete until a purchase has been made. If you’re using Bright Horizons Back-Up Care credits, ensure you receive an 'Action Required: Welcome to Steve & Kate’s' email with instructions to set up your account. Log in using the provided username and check that your Back-Up Care days are displayed. Complete any missing fields to prepare for your first day. To buy more Day Passes, visit the website and log in using your email associated with Backup Care. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option to regain access. Finalize your purchase directly from your account. Before attending camp, make sure your child brings a labeled water bottle and a backpack equipped with essentials such as a bathing suit and towel for water play activities.
