Many of our Stint Teams comprise of 4-5 Stinters per site, however there is no 'one-size-fits-all' number. As Stint is designed to solve your specific operational needs, the size of your Stint Team will be scaled accordingly.
What determines the size of my Stint Team?
When we work with you to build your Team, we analyse several key variables to ensure you are perfectly staffed:
Service: Are you quick-service, casual dining, or fine dining? Each requires different staff-to-customer ratios to maintain service standards.
Physical footprint: The layout of your business (e.g. multiple floors, large outdoor terraces, or separate bar areas) dictates the baseline number of people needed to cover the floor effectively.
Your peaks in demand: We look at your busiest hours - whether it’s a two-hour lunch rush or a packed Saturday night.
Task complexity: We identify which roles are suitable for Stinters. The more tasks we can give them, the more your core team can focus on skilled service.
Scale up or down your Stint Team:
The beauty of Stint Teams is its flexibility. If you have seasonal fluctuations (like the December rush), your Stint Team can expand to meet that demand.
