1. Initial verification
Every potential Stinter is required to create a profile and complete a mandatory Right to Work check. We collect essential details to ensure they meet our platform's standards from day one.
2. Shortlisting
We filter Stinters to find the best match for your specific business needs. Our selection process evaluates a number of different criteria, which can include:
Performance: Previous Stint ratings and reliability scores from other businesses (if possible).
Personality: Every Stinter is required to submit a 30–60 second ‘selfie video’ to introduce themselves. We assess general suitability - communication skills, customer-facing attitude and energy.
Logistics: Location, experience (if required), working preferences and schedule / availability.
3. Trial Stints
The top candidates are invited to complete two Trial Stints at your business. Before they arrive, we provide them with the necessary training resources and compliance documentation specific to your site.
4. Approval
Following the two Trial Stints, you maintain full control. You can either:
Accept: Add them to your permanent Stint Team for consistent, repeat Stints.
Decline: If they aren't quite the right fit, they won't be matched with your business again.
This ensures your Stint Team is comprised of familiar, reliable faces who understand your operations and can provide consistent value.
