Before shortlisted Stinters are committed to a Stint Team, they are required to complete 2 Trial Stints for each role so you can assess their suitability for the Team(s) they join. It also enables them to learn about your business and decide if they would like to commit to working at your business for a minimum of 3 months.

After the first Trial Stint, you can “Pass” or “Fail” Stinters on the Stint app. Stinters will automatically pass their Trial if you don’t fail them before the start of their third Stint.
