Can I cancel my Stints?

Yes, cancelling a Stint is straightforward and can be managed directly within the app.

To cancel:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Stint Schedule’ section (Menu > Schedule > Stint Schedule).

  2. Select the specific Stint you wish to remove.

  3. Tap ‘Cancel Stint’ at the bottom of the screen.

Please consider: Our Stinters rely on these Stints for important income. While we attempt to reassign Stinters to alternative Stints following a cancellation, this is not always possible - especially with short notice. We encourage you to provide as much lead time as possible to ensure our community remains reliable and well-supported.


Please ensure you have read our cancellation policy before doing so to avoid any extra charges.

You can cancel Stints without a fee up to 24 hours before the Stint’s start time.

Anything cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge which will be a percentage of the Stint’s cost:

Cancellation notice time

% of Stint cost you will be charged

Within 5 minutes of Stint being posted

No Charge

24-12 hours before Stint start time

10%

12-6 hours before Stint start time

20%

6-3 hours before Stint start time

40%

3-1 hours before Stint start time

65%

< 1 hour before Stint start time

100%

If Stinter is sent home early due to not needing them anymore or not being busy enough.
