💬 Provide constructive feedback: Be specific about areas for improvement and offer helpful suggestions. Remain positive and offer encouragement and support.
❓Create a safe space for questions: Ensure open communication so they feel comfortable to ask any questions along the way.
💭 Consider individual learning styles: Tailor your feedback and training support to their preferred learning method (visual aids, one-on-one guidance, etc.)
🍴Remember, order might not matter: Stinters master tasks in an order that works best for them.
