Why is my KYC not verified?

Please note that Stobox does not check identity verification requests. We use integration with well-known KYC/AML providers. Each of them has processes and policies that we can't affect.

If you have any issues, please contact support@stobox.io with a detailed description of the issue.

The Stobox Support Team will reach out to the Compliance Officer for advice and get back to you as soon as they have any updates.

Please note that in some cases, the KYC/AML provider doesn’t disclose the reason for the decline due to their policies.

Recap:

Since the Beta launch, identity verification requests have been checked by Fractal ID. However, on May 13, the KYC/AML provider for Stobox 4 was changed from Fractal ID to Sumsub.

Due to this change, the users are kindly requested to resubmit their information.
