Intro

A Stobox4 account is associated with your RWA Wallet and your Identity. This means each account is tied to individual user information, and each person can have only one account on the Stobox4 platform.

Passing KYC is essential to:

  • unlock interactions with the RWA infrastructure,

  • confirm that all actions are performed by the actual owner of the account,

  • ensure compliance with local and international laws.

Stobox4 operates as a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider under EU regulation. More information about regulations and compliance can be found at the →link←.

What You Need to Pass Verification

  1. Prepare your identification document.

    • Accepted: ID card, Passport, Driving license, or Residence permit.

    • You can use scans or photos of your document, or perform a live capture during the process.

    • Make sure the document is valid and will not expire within the next six (6) months from the application date.

  2. Pass the Liveness Check (video selfie).

    • Ensure your device has a working webcam.

    • If the device you started on does not have a webcam, you can continue verification on your mobile device:

      • Click “Continue on mobile device” and scan the QR code with your device.

  3. Proof of Address (in some cases).

    • You may be asked to provide a Utility bill, a Rental contract, or a Bank statement.

    • The document must be dated within the last three (3) months and include your full name and address.

  4. Additional questionnaire (in some cases).

    • A short form with basic questions about yourself and the purpose of using Stobox4.

    • This is a regular procedure required by international regulators.

Usually, your account will be verified in a few minutes, but in some cases, verification can take up to five (5) business days. You can check your verification status on the User Account page in the Profile section.

Unfortunately, some countries are not supported for Stobox4 services due to regulations and international restrictions. We are continuously working to increase the number of supported countries. If you have trouble with account verification, please contact Support, and our team will do our best to help with your case.

Stobox DID

Stobox DID is a personal user Decentralized Identity that represents you in Web3 for validation and verification.

To interact with the Stobox Web3 infrastructure and the STV3 protocol, you need a valid Stobox DID that is permanently tied to your Identity and RWA Wallet.

Stobox DID contains encrypted user-related data used to verify that you have certain permissions and are eligible to interact with different parts of the Stobox ecosystem and smart contracts without disclosing your actual data (based on Zero-Knowledge Proof principles).

To learn more about Stobox DID and how it works, please check this →link←.

After you successfully pass KYC, you can create your Stobox DID with a single click. During DID generation, the system encrypts your user data, links it to your RWA Wallet, and writes it to a dedicated smart contract.

After the DID is successfully created, you can participate in the Stobox Web3 ecosystem as a verified user, unlocking smart-contract interactions, RWA token and digital asset transfers, participation validation, signatures, and more.
