Note:
~ Only identity-verified users can withdraw funds.
~ Be sure to have some network tokens to pay the gas fee.
1. Log into your Stobox 4 account at https://stobox4.io/.
2. Сlick the Crypto tab on the side panel and then click the Withdraw button on the upper side of the page or next to the specific crypto.
3. On the Withdrawal page, select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, such as STBU.
4. Choose the network.
Please make sure that the selected network is the same as the network of the platform or external wallet to which you are withdrawing/sending funds.
For example, if you have STBU or any other token on the Ethereum network in your Stobox 4 account, you must select the Ethereum network on the platform or external wallet to which you are withdrawing/sending funds.
If you select incompatible/different deposit networks, you will lose your funds.
5. Paste the recipient address into the Address field. It can be your deposit address from an exchange or the address of your external wallet.
6. Click the Next: Withdraw button.
7. Confirm your withdrawal with a code the system sends to your email address.
8. Your transfer will be processed as soon as possible, depending on the blockchain and its current network traffic.
Once confirmed, the funds will be credited to your destination address. You can check the status of your withdrawal in Transactions - Withdraw on the main page.
