For example, if you want to withdraw STBU on the Binance network, you should have some BNB for gas. If you withdraw USDT on the Ethereum network, you need some ETH.
If you have enough gas and the transaction seems to be successful on the blockchain, please email support@stobox.io with the destination wallet address and/or transaction hash so we can check the transaction and contact our partners if needed.
