If you are experiencing issues sending or transferring your STBU tokens, please follow the steps below to help us diagnose the issue.
Send the following information to our Support at support@stobox.io:
1) Your wallet address (The full address where the tokens are held).
2) Which wallet you are currently using (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger).
If you are using MetaMask and cannot transfer tokens, the issue is likely due to a recent service that converts your standard account into a Smart Account (which is actually a smart contract).
Why This is a Problem
The STBU token contract is designed to recognize and interact with a traditional External Owned Account (EOA), which is the standard wallet type. When your MetaMask account is converted into a Smart Account (a smart contract address), the STBU contract's logic does not recognize it as a standard user wallet and will prevent the token transfer from executing as a security measure.
How to Resolve It
To resolve this, you need to revert your MetaMask account from a Smart Account back to a standard account.
MetaMask has provided a guide for this process:
For other wallets, check their guidelines on the smart accounts and the revert options.
Alternatively, we can whitelist your address on the STBU contract. However, it may take some time, since only C-management has the right to do that, and they are extremely busy.
