Frequently asked questions about Stoke Dashboards

Is there a limit to the number of dashboards I can have in the Dashboards page?

No there is not; you can have as many dashboards as you would like.

What if I need a different type of dashboard or want to see my data differently?

We can create custom dashboards for all users. Simply message Stoke in app or send an email to help@stoke.com to set up a call where we will review your dashboard requirements.

How do I update the data in my dashboard?

The data in your dashboard is updated automatically daily, except for Search Query Performance data which is updated nearly every week (depending on when Amazon pushes new data).

How do I add more Connections to Stoke?

To add more connections to Stoke, navigate to Connections in the left navigation bar. Click Add Connection and select the data source that you want to add to your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

How do I see all my dashboards again after opening a shared dashboard?

After a dashboard is shared with you, that dashboard is the only one that will show up under Dashboards. To see all your dashboards again, you need to clear the search bar.
