How to remove a customer from a unit

Learn how to unallocate units and remove customer access.

There are a few ways to remove a customer from a unit:

From their Subscription

Select their Subscription and press the three dots beside the Unit ID, and select Deallocate.

From the Map

Select the relevant unit on the Map and press deallocate.

Automatically with auto-deallocation

You can use our Auto-deallocation feature to have your customers be automatically removed from their unit(s) at the end of their move-out day. Learn more.


Note for Smart Entry users:

Stora will sync automatically after deallocation to ensure the customer will no longer have access to their unit, and it is now available to be allocated to another customer.
