Learn how to build a site map of your facility

Updated this week

This article will show how you can build your own Site Map or if you prefer to have this done for you, we offer a map‑building service, which you can learn about here.

Getting started with site maps

  1. Go to your Site page (for example, “Leicester”).

  2. Make sure you have added your Unit types and Units.

  3. In the Map section, click Create to open Build mode.

  1. Click More items in the sidebar.

  2. Select Background image.

  3. Follow the instructions in the modal to upload and scale your image to match your units.

  4. If replacing an existing background image, first click on the current image and select the delete/remove option before uploading the new one.

This helps you line up units and items accurately on top of your existing layout.
