This could be due to the store being closed. If you recently closed the store, please make sure you've changed it back to open. This can be found in Stores > Settings > General
If not, it could be due to your opening hours and pickup/delivery slots. Click on Stores > Settings > Opening Hours
If you'd like your orders to be automatically accepted, go to Stores > Settings > Operations and at the bottom of the page, make sure to toggle the switch to Auto Accept and click Save.
It is also possible that your store is currently 'Snoozed'. Simply click on the clock icon beside 'Snooze orders' to enable orders.
