This is usually a case of users missing the “accepting orders” tog. Navigate to “Stores”, ensure you have toggled the button for “Accepting orders”.

If not, it could be to do with your opening hours and pickup slots. Click on store settings in the top right, and check your opening times.

If you’re using takeaway, also check your pickup slots – both need to be open now to accept a pickup order.

Finally, if you’re using the takeaway product it could be to do with your delivery radius, versus where you’re sat.
