You should have received an order confirmation email from Humanitix with an attached tax invoice.
Search ‘Humanitix’ in your emails and look for anything relating to "Strawberry Fields."
If you think you might have entered your email incorrectly, let us know your full name and proof of your purchase (bank statement), and we’ll be able to find and re-issue your Tickets.
