I bought tickets but can't access them as it says disabled by host - what do I do?

The actual tickets featuring your unique QR code, to be scanned at the gate, will be issued from Humanitix the week prior to the event.

The email you have received from Humanitix is your ticket (keep it safe). It is normal to have received a confirmation email without tickets or a QR code, or to see your tickets disabled.

You will have not received a QR code or tickets. This is to minimise scamming and copies of QR codes circulating.

Fear not, Strawberry/Humanitix will be in touch closer to the event with your digital tickets and QR code.

Note: If you're looking to resell or action a name change, you do not need access to your ticket. You can do this at any time via the manage order button on your confirmation email and using the resale tab.
