Humanitix is the approved resale provider for Strawberry Fields. All resale and/or ticket name changes must be actioned through your Humanitix order. We cannot confirm the validity of any ticket exchanged outside of Humanitix resale.
Publicly available resale tickets are available via the Strawberry resale page
If your Ticket does NOT show the name that matches your Legal ID at the gate, then, for safety and security reasons, your Ticket may be deemed invalid and you may not be allowed entry to the festival.
DO NOT exchange money for tickets anywhere else, as your tickets will not be valid under your name. Scamming has increased, especially with Strawberry being sold out.
Only the person who bought the tickets can action a resale. If your tickets were purchased for you, please contact that buyer directly. They can resell your ticket by following the steps below.

Why can't I list my ticket for resale?
Resale availability is announced closer to the event date. Stay updated via the event's official social media channels and website for announcements.
Only the person who bought the tickets can action a resale. If your tickets were purchased for you, please contact that buyer directly. They can resell your ticket by following the steps below.
Please kindly note the following ticket types are not eligible for resale: Low Income Tickets, First Nations & Yorta Yorta Tickets, Complimentary/Birthday Tickets, and Participant Tickets.
I listed my ticket for public resale by accident, and now I can't access my ticket?
If you list a ticket for public resale it will appear on the public resale page and can be purchased immediately by anyone. Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to the ticket and received a "refund confirmation" email from Humanitix, it means your ticket has been successfully resold. You no longer have access to this ticket and you will be refunded.
If I resell my ticket when will I be refunded?
Once your ticket has been resold, you will receive your refund within 2–5 business days from the point of resale. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
I listed my ticket for a private resale and sent the link to a friend. However, the link says it is no longer available and from my end, it’s saying pending. What do I do?
When someone starts buying that ticket the system will "hold" it until the purchase is complete OR the checkout time expires (about 20minutes).
This is to ensure the same ticket cannot be sold twice.
Please ask your friend to try again and the ticket should have been restocked and become available once the checkout time expired.
If you have never shared the private resale link with anyone and yet the ticket resale status shows 'pending', it's likely you have tested out the link yourself, which also holds the ticket in the same way. Simply wait for about 20 minutes and try again.
