Volunteer applications open on June 9th and close on July 31st.
To apply, simply complete the application form via the Volunteer Program page on the Strawberry Fields website. You'll also find answers to common questions in the FAQs at the bottom of the page.
Applications close at on 31 July 2026, and no late applications will be accepted, so we recommend getting your application in as early as possible.
If you're hoping to volunteer with friends, make sure everyone submits their applications before the deadline.

Can I apply for both volunteering and the General Ballot?
Yes, you’re welcome to apply for both the General Ballot and volunteering.
The General Ballot closes earlier on 30 June, while volunteer outcomes are not confirmed until 24 August 2026, so the timelines do overlap.
Both tickets through the General Ballot and Volunteer places are limited and not all applicants will be successful, so applying to both can increase your chances of attending.
If you are successful in both, you can resell your General Ballot ticket via the Humanitix resale facility and attend the festival as a volunteer instead.
