You can update or cancel your registration at any time before you've been offered tickets.
Please note: once you've been offered tickets, your registration can no longer be edited. We recommend reviewing your preferences as soon as possible to ensure they're up to date.
See below for what to do in each situation.
Before you've been offered tickets
If you're on the Humanitix Resale Waitlist, simply open your Humanitix confirmation email and select Manage Registration.
From there, you can:
update your ticket preferences
change ticket quantities
edit buyer details
update attendee names
cancel your registration entirely.
How To Edit Your Waitlist Registration
Head to your Ballot registration email from Humanitix and click Manage Registration.
Here you can cancel your waitlist registration OR edit your waitlist registration based on the Festival Tickets, Transport Passes or Glamping packages you are now looking to buy via Resale. Note: You can also update the names of your ticket buyers.

If you've been offered tickets
If you've received a ticket offer through Notify Me but no longer want one of the ticket types you've selected, you'll need to:
Reject the offer.
Reactivate your registration.
Update your ticket preferences to remove the unwanted item.
Registrations can't be edited while a ticket offer is active.
If you've received some, but not all, of your tickets
A registration is partially fulfilled when you've been offered or allocated some, but not all, of the tickets in your registration.
Once your registration is partially fulfilled, it can no longer be edited.
If you need to change your ticket preferences, you'll need to:
Cancel your existing registration.
Submit a new registration with your preferred ticket types.

If you've already purchased tickets
If you've already purchased tickets and can no longer attend, you'll be able to:
list your tickets for resale through the official Humanitix Resale from 16 July 9am AEST onwards
update attendee names using the Name Change feature from 16 July 9am AEST onwards onwards.
Both options can be accessed by selecting Manage Order from your Humanitix order confirmation email.
If you can't find your registration email please search your inbox for "Humanitix" or "Strawberry Fields", and check your Junk, Spam, and Deleted/Trash folders.
