Do I need to buy a Vehicle Pass?
YES!
Every vehicle (including taxis/drop-offs) is required to buy a pass to enter the festival site and offset their carbon emissions through TREECREDS.
Standard Vehicle passes apply to vehicles with 8 or fewer people in them
If you have more than 8 people, you will need to purchase a Private Charter Bus Pass
Standard Vehicle Passes allow you to enter the festival on Friday from 12 pm (noon).
Vehicle passes are non-refundable, and if you no longer require your vehicle pass, please place this up for resale via Humanitix.
Your Vehicle pass covers:
100% carbon offset of your travel to/from the festival via TreeCreds
A free drug test for the driver of your vehicle
A free alcohol test for the driver of your vehicle
A donation to the local community grants fund, supporting a variety of local not-for-profit causes
What if all Car passes are sold out? Will there be more?
If all car passes will only be available via resale. Check the public resale page for new ticket releases. Humanitix is the only authorised ticket reseller. Monitor the official resale channel frequently for updates to secure your pass.
If you are unable to secure a Vehicle Pass, there are alternative options available:
Official Festival Buses: Purchase a bus ticket directly to the festival. Availability is subject to capacity limits.
Public Transport: Travel via public transport to Tocumwal.
Free Shuttle Service: From Tocumwal, a free shuttle bus will transport you to the festival grounds.
What is an Early Arrival Vehicle Pass?
Early Arrival Vehicle Passes allow you to enter the Festival from 2 pm on Thursday. This ensures you get early access to camping, food services, and light music activities before the standard timeline, starting Friday.
There will be some light music programming, and food/market stalls will be open.
This is the pass for you if you want to get in and snag the best camp spots, and enjoy some extra time on the beautiful Murray River and among the Wildlands.
Can I use my early access vehicle pass on Friday if it's for Thursday?
Early access vehicle passes are valid from Thursday onwards, so if you arrive on Friday, that will be fine to use.
Can I bring my campervan, caravan or trailer? Which Vehicle Pass should I buy?
You sure can! It is one pass per vehicle (which includes anything it might be towing).

I'm getting a taxi/ chartering a bus, do I need a vehicle pass?
Yes.
All vehicles entering the Strawberry site require a vehicle pass to offset carbon emissions; this includes taxis and private charter buses.
Please make sure you buy the relevant vehicle/bus pass based on the number of passengers in the vehicle.
Taxis/ private charter buses can only drop off/ pick up from Bus Stop 2 in the East Campgrounds. They can NOT drive around campsites freely.
