The Ballot is a fair way to distribute tickets at random to friends old and new. Many popular festivals use this system around the world. Strawberry had 3x the number of registrations than tickets to offer, so sadly not everyone was going to get tickets to SF this year.
If you were unsuccessful in the Ballot, and your ballot is still active, your registration will automatically been added to the Humanitix Resale Waitlist, giving you another opportunity to secure tickets if they become available through resale.
If you didn't enter the General Ballot you can join the Humanitix Resale Waitlist for the opportunity to purchase available resale tickets.
