No. Joining the resale waitlist does not guarantee that tickets will become available. Tickets are only offered when other buyers publicly resell tickets through the resale process.

If tickets matching your registration become available, you’ll be contacted with instructions to complete your purchase. Tickets are subject to availability, so you may receive some, but not all, of the tickets requested in your registration.

If you have chosen auto-purchase your card with be automatically charged for an immediate purchase or if you have chosen ​Receive a notification you’ll need to act within the timeframe provided to secure any tickets offered to you.

Resale will be opening on 16th July for buyers to sell any unwanted tickets.

Any changes to your resale waitlist registration must be made before an offer is issued. Once an offer has been made, we’re unable to modify your registration, including changes to ticket types, ticket quantities, or attendee details.

Each ticket must be issued with the correct attendee’s name. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s ID at the gate for entry.

Please ensure all attendee names are correct before tickets are offered. Once an offer has been made, any name changes will need to be completed using Humanitix’s official name change or resale feature.

Yes. If you'd like to change your ballot preference after registering, refer to your registration confirmation email and select "Manage Registrations".

No. Auto-purchase is optional, and you do not need to pre-register your card details. If selected in the ballot, you'll receive an email notification that tickets are available, with a link to complete your ticket purchase.

Pre-registering your card details is the easiest and quickest way to secure your tickets.

All ticket offers are subject to availability and depend on which tickets are listed through the official Humanitix Resale.

If only part of your request can be fulfilled, you'll receive an offer for the available tickets. You'll then remain on the Humanitix Resale Waitlist for any remaining tickets on your registration, should they become available later.

Ticket offers can't be edited or partially accepted. You'll need to either accept the full ticket allocation you've been offered or let the offer expire.

If you are successful through the resale waitlist but no longer need some of the tickets allocated to you, you can list those tickets for resale through the official Humanitix resale process. Strawberry Fields is a sell out so we expect high demand for tickets sold via resale.

If you are offered tickets and do not complete payment within the given timeframe, your allocation will be released to the next person on the waitlist.

You can still receive future ticket offers by reactivating your waitlist registration.

To reactivate your registration:

Once reactivated, you'll be eligible to receive future ticket offers if matching tickets become available through the Humanitix Resale.

If you wish to cancel your ballot entry, please refer to your confirmation email.

From there, select “Manage Registrations”. This will take you to your Manage Waitlist page, where you’ll need to scroll to the bottom and click “Cancel Registration.”

Once cancelled, please be aware that this is final and you will need to submit a new entry to have a chance at securing a ticket(s) to Strawberry Fields 2026.
