Document Submissions

Discover how to access your document submissions page and how to best use it

How to access it

Use the left-hand side menu and click Document Submissions. This will take you to the Submission List, where all documents submitted by your company are listed for easy access. Alternatively, you can access the Document Submission List using the global search bar at the top-right corner of the screen.

Filters

To apply filters, click All Filters on the right. Select your desired criteria and click Apply to update the results.

To save a filter, type a name into the Save Filter text box and press Enter.

For more precise filtering, use the Keyword Search feature to locate specific words or phrases. To find exact matches, enclose the word or phrase in quotation marks (e.g., "contract").

Key Features

  • Saved:
    Similar to the Document and Deal Lists, you can mark deals as saved by clicking the ribbon icon. This allows for quick and easy access later.

  • Use the Actions Menu:
    Select the checkboxes next to file names to perform bulk actions such as printing or editing. Note: Unlike the Document and Deal Lists, you cannot add submissions to a portfolio.

  • Sort the List:
    Use the Sort button at the top-right of the submission list to organize entries by File Name, ID, Most Used, Processing Status, Last Updated On, and more. Click the arrow next to the button to toggle between ascending and descending order.

  • Download Documents:
    Click into the file name to and select the Download Submission button at the top of the page to download the PDF directly from your browser.

  • Add New Documents:
    To add a document, click the Add Document Submission icon in the top-right corner of the page.

View Submission Detail

Main

Click on any submission to open the main page. Here you can view the document submitted and download the file.

Connections

Here you can find where the document is located on the platform. You can click the link to bring you to the relevant page.
