This tool removes the guesswork and manual work from benchmarking by surfacing comparable deals based on your parameters in seconds.
What Is Negotiator?
Negotiator is Street Diligence’s AI-driven feature designed to help private credit professionals identify similar deals from their uploaded portfolio and compare terms side-by-side. Rather than digging through documents or spreadsheets, you get an instant view of how your current deal aligns with previously reviewed or negotiated terms.
What It Does
AI-Powered Deal Matching
Negotiator analyzes your deal parameters and identifies similar transactions from your uploaded deals. The system looks at attributes like EBITDA, industry, and Sponsor to create a tailored comparable set.
Custom Filtering & Refinement
You have full control to refine the comp set – filter by EBITDA, industry, Sponsor or execution date to get the most relevant group of deals.
Side-by-Side Comparison
Once the comp set is generated, you can directly compare your deal’s key terms by selecting the Compare > Compare Comp Sets.
How to Use It
For a New Deal:
Click Add New Deal
Select the appropriate Deal Type
Enter the required Parameter Fields
Adjust Comparative Set Analysis filters if needed
Upload the agreement
Instantly view similar deals and compare terms
For an Existing Deal:
Navigate to your deal
Go to the Comparative Set Analysis tab
Open the Compare dropdown and select Compare Comp Set
