Agent Analysis

What are agents? How can I use agents in Street Diligence?

Updated over a week ago

The Agent Analysis workspace in Street Diligence is designed to help you surface key deal terms and insights instantly—without combing through hundreds of pages of legal text.

What is Agent Analysis?

Agent Analysis is a curated summary view within each agreement that presents clear, concise answers to the most frequently asked questions about a credit agreement. It’s built to save you time and highlight important legal provisions in plain language.

Sample questions the workspace may answer include:

  • What are the invovled organizations?

  • What are the Events of Default?

  • Does the agreement include a Cross-Default provision?

Each agreement has its own customized set of questions and answers, configured in the background to align with what matters most to your team.

Where to Find It

  1. Open an agreement within the Street Diligence platform.

  2. Navigate to the Agent Analysis tab.

  3. Scroll through the grouped questions and summarized insights.

Why Is the Agent Analysis Blank?

If the Agent Analysis tab appears empty, it means no agents have been configured yet for that agreement.

To activate this feature, please contact us at support@streetdiligence.com. Once our team sets up the agents on the backend, the insights will automatically appear in the workspace—no further steps are needed on your end.
