Landlord Offers & Applications (Desktop)
From within their Street desktop platform, landlords can manage and track their lettings offers and applications however it's important to note that these sections are for informational purposes only, landlords cannot accept or decline an application and cannot interact with an application.
Lettings Offers
For a lettings offer to show in the landlords account, you must first mark the lettings offer as relayed to the landlord. For more information on this, see our Accepting a Lettings Offer help article.
Once an offer has been relayed to the landlord, they can see the offer details from the landlord tab under 'offers & applications'. Here they can see key offer information including the rent amount, desired move in date and term length as well as applicant information including any smokers, pets and employment status.
Landlords cannot accept an offer via the Street desktop account and are instead prompted to contact your agency to discuss the offer.
Lettings Application
If you mark a lettings offer as accepted in Street, the landlord will now see the application appear in their Street desktop account. The landlord can again see the key details from the offer and see that the application is in progress.
Similarly to the lettings offer, the landlord cannot interact with the application and cannot see the progress being made on the application. Landlords are instead prompted to contact your agency to discuss any details.
