How a partner sets up their Partner Platform account

Initial Email Setup

Once you have invited a partner in your Street account, they will receive an email asking them to accept the invitation.

Alternatively, they can enter their invite code on this page: https://partners.street.co.uk/redeem-invite if they misplaced the email.

Accepting the invitation will begin their Partner Platform account set up where they will initially enter their contact details and setup a password. Following this, they will receive a verification email that they need to click to verify.

Once verified they can begin their account setup.

Note - Currently only mortgage brokers are supported by the Partner Platform, so this help article focuses specifically on financial services.

Step 1 - Company Details

To get started, partners will need to enter their company detailS.

Step 2 - Services

Next partners will need to select what services they offer. The services selected will determine when they can be selected in Street when you create a referral.

Step 3 - Commission Details

Next they can add commission details for each service they provide. If you have an agreement on commission the partner should enter the details here, choosing between commission being given on referral (when they receive a referral from your agency), on application (when they submit a mortgage applicant for the client) and/or on completion (when the sale and mortgage process is complete).

Note - VAT details for commission are not set in the commission details section. The VAT details here would depend on the agreement between the partner and your agency.

Step 4 - Billing Details

Next they need to set up their billing details. The Partner Platform is £39 +VAT per seat, per month (paid for by the partner) with a free 60 day trial so they can see how the partner platform works. They can select how many seats they require, and what the price will be at the end of the free trial.

Following the trial, their account will auto renew and start charging unless they cancel ahead of the renewal date. The partner will be notified when the trial is nearing its end.

Step 5 - Invite Users

Finally, if the partner has selected multiple seats, they can invite additional team members here.

And that's it! Your partner is now set up with their Partner Platform account and can begin using it to manage their Street referrals!

Note - If a partner wants to cancel their Partner Platform subscription, they need to access their Stripe account, they cannot cancel from within their Partner Platform directly.

To cancel they should log in to their Partner Platform and head to Settings > Billing & Payments > Manage Billing (which will take them to their Stripe account) and click the Cancel Subscription button.
