Branch vs Company Street & App Portal Settings

Street & App Portal Settings are setup in two locations - branch settings and company settings. At branch level it's more specific settings to an individual branch such as

Online Bookings

Within the online bookings section you can choose if you want to enable clients to book valuations and/or viewings online and manage the related settings including areas and patches and branding.

Manage Client Content

From the manage client content section you can choose what content should show to your consumers on their Street consumer account (both web and app).

You can toggle on/off the following:

  • Knowledge base - A library of professionally written articles for buyers, sellers, landlords and renters.

  • Property data - Display of Rightmove performance, viewing statistics, feedback, and offer history.

  • Landlord Statement Generation - Allow landlords to generate their own statements by selecting a single property, or portfolio, select a date range.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
