A guide on the various client related settings in your Street account.

Street App & Portal settings is currently only live for Street Labs agents.

Online Bookings

Within the online bookings section you can choose if you want clients to be able to book valuations and viewings online and manage the related settings, including notice to cancel/rearrange, same day bookings, pre-qualifying questions and more.

Sales and Lettings Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire

Within the sales and lettings pre-qualifying questionnaire settings you can create custom questionnaires for Sales and Lettings that can be used to gather important information from applicants and/or prevent them from booking viewings in online.

Sales and Lettings Property Information Questionnaires

Within the sales and lettings property information questionnaire settings you can create custom PIQ's for Sales and Lettings that can be used to gather key information about the property and can be used to easily update the property details when submitted.

Buyer Ready

Within the buyer ready settings you can setup if you want clients to be able to complete tasks required for purchase, including AML compliance checks, proof of funds and solicitor details. If enabled, these tasks can be completed by your client in their Street app and the results will show in Street for you to review.

Client Payments

Within the client payments settings you can setup services you want to charge clients for through Street, such as AML checks and photography. Clients can make payment via their Street account directly to your agency.
