As part of the Partner Platform feature, you can create a referral from various pages within the Street CRM however you also have the option to create a referral from the Street Agent app, either from a valuation or viewing.

From either a Viewing or Valuation, look for the Referrals tab at the top navigation panel. Click into this and you can create a referral by choosing which partner to refer to and share any additional notes that may be helpful.

Any previous referrals will show below the 'create referral' button, giving you full visibility on the appointment.

The referral will appear in the chosen partner's Partner Platform account where they can begin processing the referral. For more information, see our Partner Functionality help article.
