When publishing a listing for the first time, you have the option of scheduling what date and time that listing should go live. This works for both sales and lettings properties and can bed used to delay a listing from going live until you are ready or until the owner has requested.

It's important to note that this feature is only available on the very first time you go to publish a listing. If a listing has previously been published, you will not have access to this option.

To get started, head to edit > make available for sale / to let.

From here you can complete the usual listing information and click 'save sales listing'. After saving the listing you should see the 'publish to portals' blue banner on screen.

Click 'publish' which will take you to the 'complete publish' page where you can choose how to publish.

From here you can enter a date and time in the 'publish after' field. The property will only publish to the portals after the date & time selected.

With a date and time entered, click 'save and publish' and the property will go into the state 'publishing scheduled' and will remain in this state until the date/time selected.

You can always edit the scheduled publish date and time by going back to edit > edit sales / lettings portals and adjusting what was previously entered.
