To use Street AI when sending an email, head to the relevant property / person / applicant etc page and click the 'Email' option, at the top of the activity stream. Here you can either use Street AI to alter content you've already written, making it more friendly or more professional, or generate an email from a prompt.

If you've already written an email but want to edit it with Street AI, you can click the two smiley face icons to either make the content more friendly or more professional.

Here's an example of an original email being made more friendly.

If you've not written an email but know what you want to email about, simply type a prompt in email body the and then click the magic wand icon and Street AI will create an email from your prompt, just like magic!

After generating an email, you can always edit it manually or revert back to what you had written in by clicking the circular back arrow.

Street AI can also be used in the same way as emails to generate a correspondence template. From the correspondence template, you'll see the same three options for making content friendlier, more professional or generating from a prompt.

As with emails, you can always edit it manually or revert back to what you had written in by clicking the circular back arrow.
