Bulk Managing Applicants
From the main applicant table, for both sales and lettings, you can manage your applicants in bulk by assigning / unassigning / marking as not looking.
Applicant Table
To get started, head to the Applicants tab on the left side panel, either under Sales or Lettings depending on which is needed.
From here you'll see the main applicant table showing all applicants in your system. You can add new applicants from here or filter the existing applicants in a variety of ways including the branch they are assigned to, what user they are assigned to their preferences such as bedrooms and budget, areas of interest and more.
The table can also be exported using the 'export to CSV' button at the top right.
Note - To access the export to CSV option you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled. For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
Bulk Managing Applicants
On the left hand side of the applicant table you'll see a checkbox next to each applicant. By ticking this checkbox next to applicants you'll see some additional options appear at the bottom.
After selecting at least one applicant you can use the buttons at the bottom right to choose a new user to assign the select applicant/s to, mark them as unassigned or mark them as not looking.
Note - If marked as not looking, those applicants will be excluded from property matching emails.
Another way of bulk managing your applicants is to apply the filters you need, select one applicant (to show the additional options) and then click the 'select all applicants matching your filters' button at the bottom right.
This allows you to filter down your applicants to the ones you need and quickly select them all, before choosing whether to assign/unassign/mark as not looking.
