Adding Interested Applicants to Properties
From any property in Street you have the option of flagging an applicant as an interested applicant. This list of applicants can be viewed in one central table with a variety of actions available including booking viewings, making offers and viewing questionnaire responses.
From a property page, click 'create' at the top right and select 'interested applicant'.
Next, search for the applicant or create their applicant card if it doesn't already exist. You can also add any internal notes relating to that interested applicant here that you can refer back to later.
You can also flag an interested applicant from a viewing page, if that applicant has previously viewed the property. From the viewing page. click the 'mark applicant as interested' button at the top right.
Additionally, if you have your pre-qualification questionnaires set up, an applicant will automatically be marked as an interested applicant if they complete the questionnaire.
Viewing the list of interested applicants
From the property page, scroll down to the 'Interested Applicants' card on the right hand side and click 'view all'.
From here you will see the list of interested applicants for that property where you can see key details such as the last viewing date, buying and financial position (for sales) and if they have submitted a questionnaire response.
From the three dot menu on the right hand side you can also book a viewing, submit a sales offer and remove the applicant from the list of interested applicants.
