AML Requests Report

Within the reporting section of your Street account is the AML Requests report, which gives you a breakdown of all AML requests that have been submitted, who by and when.

To access this report, head to Reporting (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > AML section > AML Requests.

You can export this report using the Export to CSV button at the top right.

Note - To access the export to CSV button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

From this report you can see the date and time any AML checks have been requested, who the request was for, who submitted it, whether it was through Landmark or Smart Compliance and the type of check and the status.

Additionally, if you use Landmark for your AML checks, the report will also show any requests that were submitted by a consumer, if you have automatic checks enabled in your Landmark integration.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
