How to setup the Landmark AML Integration

Landmark AML Integration Settings

This article covers how to set up and configure the Landmark AML integration in Street. Before setting up, we recommend reading our Landmark AML Checks help article to understand how the integration works.

Enabling the integration

Head to Settings > Account Administration > Integrations and click on the Landmark integration.

Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access integrations. If you cannot see Account Administration or Integrations, speak to a Company Admin in your account.

From the Configuration tab, you can toggle the integration on.

Note - If you see a message saying "There is already another AML provider enabled," contact Street Support via Live Chat and we can deactivate the other integration for you.

Configuration options

Once enabled, you'll see additional settings for each branch. These control what happens when a client submits their AML details via the Street Consumer App.

Automatic checks

For each branch, you can choose whether identity and proof of ownership checks should be sent to Landmark automatically when submitted by the client, or held in Street for you to review and send manually.

Auto-send off - When a client submits their details via the app, you'll receive a notification in Street and an email to the branch email address. The details will remain in Street until you manually send them to Landmark from the relevant compliance check card.

Auto-send on - The details will still come into Street (with the notification and email), but will automatically be forwarded to Landmark without you needing to do anything. Results are typically returned within 30 minutes.

Note - If automatic checks are enabled, you will be charged automatically when the client submits.

Facial recognition

You can also choose to enable facial recognition checks for sellers, landlords, and buyers. When enabled, facial recognition replaces the identity check for clients submitting via the consumer app. Facial recognition checks are always sent to Landmark immediately, regardless of your auto-send setting.

You're set up

Once you've chosen your settings, the integration is ready to use. For a full guide on running checks, reviewing results, and handling failures, see our Landmark AML Checks help article.
