Landmark AML Integration

How to setup the Landmark AML Integration

Written by Hannah Malarky Andrew

Landmark AML Integration Settings

Street integrates directly with Landmark to run anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on vendors and landlords from within the platform. This article covers how to configure your Landmark integration settings in Street.

Costs

Check

Cost

Identity check

£3 +VAT

Facial recognition

£5 +VAT

Proof of ownership

£7 +VAT (£5 +VAT in Scotland)

To access the integration settings, go to Company Settings > Integrations > Landmark.

Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access integrations. If you cannot see Account Administration or Integrations, please speak to a Company Admin in your account.

From the Configuration tab, you can enable the integration by entering the date at which you want it to activate. To enable immediately, enter today's date. To disable, clear the date field.

Note - If you see a message saying "There is already another AML provider enabled," contact Street Support via Live Chat and we can deactivate the other integration for you.

Identity verification method

This section lets you choose how Street handles identity verification across your agency.

There are three options:

  • Both available - you can choose between a standard ID check or facial recognition on a per-person basis from the AML card. This is the most flexible option.

  • ID checks only - only standard Landmark identity checks are available. Facial recognition is hidden.

  • Facial recognition only - all identity verification uses facial recognition. Standard ID checks are not available.

This setting applies company-wide by default, but individual branches can override it in the settings below.

Default method when both are available

If you select Both available, a second option appears: Default method when both are available.

This pre-selects either ID check or Facial recognition on the AML card for a client, saving them a click however you can still switch the method for any individual person if needed. For more information, see this help article.

Automatic checks

This section controls whether Street automatically triggers AML checks when a consumer submits their details via the Street app, rather than requiring you to manually run each check.

Checks are grouped into two types:

  • Identity Checks - verifies the person's identity. Priced at £3 per check (+ VAT).

  • Proof of Ownership Checks - verifies ownership of the property. Priced at £7 per check (+ VAT).

If a branch is set to Facial recognition only, identity checks are handled automatically through the facial recognition flow and are always submitted direct to Landmark - there's no separate auto-run toggle needed for that group.

Apply to all branches

At the top of this section is an 'Apply to all branches' panel. You can use the toggles here to switch automatic checks on or off for your entire agency at once.

Within each check type you'll see two toggles:

  • Vendor app - auto-runs checks when a vendor submits via the consumer app

  • Landlord app - auto-runs checks when a landlord submits via the consumer app

Branch-level settings

Below the bulk panel, each of your branches is listed individually. Click on a branch name to expand it and view or override its settings.

Inside each branch you can:

  • Adjust the auto-run toggles for that branch independently of the company-wide setting. The branch row shows a summary of how many applicable checks are set to auto-run.

  • Verification method for this branch - override the company-wide identity verification method for this specific branch. Options are Use company default, Both available, ID checks only, or Facial recognition only. If you've set an override, a Reset to default link appears to revert it.

  • Default method for this branch - if the branch's effective method is Both available, you can also set a branch-specific default (ID check or Facial recognition) to pre-select on the AML card for agents in that branch.

Once you've made your changes, click Save at the bottom of the page and your AML integration is set up! For a full guide on running checks, reviewing results, and handling failures, see our Landmark AML Checks help article.
