Sales & Lettings

Naturally brighter listing photos in an instant.

A new brightening prompt has been added to the Street AI Photo Editor, restoring natural brightness without altering anything physically in the photo, giving you listing-ready images in seconds.

For more information, see our Street AI Photo Editor help article.

See every landlord, clearly.

The new Landlord Report puts every landlord, their properties, and contact details into one clear, actionable view. Filter instantly, link straight to properties, and export in one click, giving your team faster outreach, sharper insight, and better landlord conversations.

Head to Reporting (left side panel, at the bottom) > Owners section > Landlords.

Export move outs in one click

You can now export data directly from the Move Out page, making reporting, reconciliation, and handovers quicker and easier.

From the move out table, click the 'export to CSV' button at the top right.

Note - To access the export to CSV button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

Clear ownership across every workflow.

Assignees can now be added to Offers, Applications, and Move Outs, giving your team clearer accountability and smoother handovers at every stage.

Look for the assignee drop down at the top right of the page to select the assignee.

Assign enquiries in seconds.

Assign enquiries faster in the Enquiry Centre, with smarter grouping and built-in search. Less friction and quicker handovers from the very first touchpoint.

When assigning, the list of users are sorted by branch, with the active user's branch at the top.

See the details that matter, at a glance.

The Properties table now includes Tenure, Square Feet, and Price per Square Foot, giving your team clearer insight for valuation prep, comparisons, and pricing conversations, without opening individual records.

From the properties table, click the 'edit columns' button at the top right to adjust these additional columns and edit your existing ones.

Client Accounting

Spot landlord balance issues instantly.

The new Landlord Balance Report gives you a clear view of landlords with a negative ledger balance, helping you identify issues early, take action faster, and keep your client accounts in good order.

Head to Reporting (left side panel, at the bottom) > Accounting section > Landlord balance report.

More choice for where you bank.

Hampden & Co is now available as a bank account option, giving you greater flexibility when managing client money and setting up your accounts.

From company settings > accounting settings > bank accounts > you can select Hampden Bank from the bank provider list.

For more information, see our Accounting Settings help article.

Apply landlord charges at the point of application.

You can now add landlord charges directly to lettings applications, keeping fees accurate and aligned from the very start of the tenancy.

From the lettings application page, click into the Charges tile to select which charges you want to add to the owner ledger.

For more information, see our Default Owner Charges help article.

Catch duplicate invoices before they cause problems.

Street now automatically validates invoice numbers when adding invoices to maintenance jobs, helping prevent duplicates and keeping your records clean and compliant.

When adding an invoice on a maintenance job, if that invoice number has already been added for the instructed contractor, you'll see a warning and be blocked from proceeding.

Partner Platform

Know exactly where partner onboarding stands.

Agents can now see the onboarding status of invited partners at a glance, making it easier to track progress, follow up at the right time, and keep referrals moving.

You can also re-invite or uninvite partners in one click, giving you full control and keeping momentum strong if an invite is missed, delayed, or no longer needed.

From company settings > partner platform > invited partners > you can see the status on the right of the table.

Even more referral context right from the start.

Agents’ job title, branch, and client address are now automatically included in referrals, giving partners clearer context from the very first touchpoint.

Within the partner platform, partners will see these details on the right hand side of the referral.

Mid-trial momentum, built in.

Automated mid-trial check-in emails prompt action at the right time, helping turn trials into active referral relationships.

Clearer guidance on sending referrals.

Updated agent emails now clearly explain how to send a referral, helping teams make the most of their Partner Platform connections.

Broker demos, front and centre.

The broker demo is now included directly on the registration page, helping show the value quickly and get started with confidence.

Track completions with precision.

Company Admins can now filter referrals by Completions within Reporting, making performance easier to measure and success simpler to track.

From Referrals (left side panel, at the bottom) > Referrals Reporting > look for the Referrals Pipeline section where you can filter to only show completed referrals at the top right.
