Viewing to Offer Conversion Report

How to access and use the Viewing to Offer Conversion Report

Written by Hannah Malarky Andrew

Viewing to Offer Conversion Report

The Viewing to Offer Conversion report lists every viewing that has taken place, alongside any offers that the same applicant later made on the viewing property. The report covers both sales and lettings viewings and offers in the same table. You can use the report to see which viewing agents are turning viewings into offers, and to find viewings that haven't led to an offer yet.

To access the report, head to Reporting (left side panel, at the bottom) > Viewings section > Viewing to Offer Conversion.

Note - Only viewings that have already taken place are included, so a viewing booked for a future date won't appear until its date has passed. Rejected viewings are excluded.

What each row shows

There is one row per viewing. Street then looks for the earliest offer made by that same applicant, on that same property, dated on or after the viewing date, and attaches it to the row.

  • Property Address - including the postcode. Click the address to open the property page.

  • Viewing Date - the date and time of the viewing.

  • Viewing Applicant - the applicant who attended. Click the name to open their applicant record.

  • Viewing Agent - the agent who carried out the viewing. Shows 'Unaccompanied' where the viewing was unaccompanied, and 'Not assigned' where no agent was set. Where more than one agent attended, all of them are listed.

  • Type - whether the viewing was Sales or Lettings.

  • Offer Created - Yes or No.

  • Offer Date - the date the offer was made.

  • Offer Amount - the offer amount. For lettings offers this is the rent, shown with its frequency.

  • Offer Status - Pending, Relayed to vendor/owner, Accepted, Rejected or Withdrawn.

  • Branch - the branch the property is assigned to. This column only appears if your agency has more than one branch.

Note - If Street can't find a matching offer, the offer column will show '--'.

Filtering the report

The report opens showing the last three months of viewings. You can change this using the Viewing Date Range filter, which also has the usual date presets.

The other filters are:

  • Viewing Agent - including unaccompanied viewings.

  • Offer Created - Yes or No.

  • Offer Status - Pending, Relayed to vendor/owner, Accepted, Rejected or Withdrawn.

  • Address - search for a specific property.

  • Branch - if your agency has more than one branch.

Note - Use the Type column, or the Viewing Date Range and Viewing Agent filters, to narrow it down.

Filters can be used on their own or together, so you can pull something like 'every viewing this agent carried out last month where no offer was created'.

Tip! Selecting both Yes and No in the Offer Created filter has the same effect as selecting neither, as both options together cover every row.

Exporting the report

You can export the report using the Export button at the top right. This exports the rows currently shown on screen, based on the filters you have applied.

Note - To access the export button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled. For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

For help with other types of reports available, see our Reporting help centre collection, or our Viewings Report article for reporting on viewing activity itself.
