Recent Activity Report
To access the Recent Activity report, head to Reporting (left-hand panel) > Recent Activity ("Recent Activity Overview").
What the report shows
Each row is a logged activity. The report covers instructions, listing status changes (such as price reductions or a listing being made available for sale), offers, valuations and viewings. It does not cover emails or SMS - for those, check the activity log on the individual property or contact record instead.
Tip! - Sales offer rows show the buyer's name and buying position, for every offer made, accepted, rejected or revised - so you can scan offer activity without opening each record individually.
Filtering the report
You can filter by activity type and set a date range, and filter down further by assignees.
Note - Because this report processes a large volume of data across your network, viewing and valuation counts are based on logged activity events (for example, an agent marking a viewing as attended in the mobile app) rather than on scheduled calendar dates. This means the numbers here can differ slightly from the Viewings Report and Valuations Report, which use appointment dates.
Exporting the report
Once you have set your filters, you can use the 'Export to CSV' function in the top right. To export, you will need the 'Allow this user to export data from Street' permission. For more information on this, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
