The Lettings Pipeline Overview report tracks every lettings application currently in progress, from the moment an offer is accepted through to move-in, so you can see what's coming and flag anything that needs a nudge.

To access this report, head to Reporting (on the left side panel, at the bottom), look for the Lettings section and select Lettings Pipeline Overview.

Across the top of the report you'll see six figures for the period you've selected: Applications, Total Upfront Fees, Avg Upfront Fee, Total Ongoing Fee, Avg Ongoing Fee, and Avg Agreed Rent (pcm).

The report's date range defaults to the agreed move-in date. If that isn't set yet, it falls back to the desired move-in date, and then to 28 days after the instruction date if neither is set. You can also filter by:

You can export this report to CSV using the Export button at the top right.

This report only covers lettings applications that are already underway - it starts once an offer has been accepted, and only includes applications that are still Pending or In Progress. It isn't a full valuation-to-let funnel, so a property still being valued, marketed or at offer stage won't show here.
