If an applicant requests a second booking, you have the option of booking this in on top of the first viewing.

With the first viewing completed, you can go ahead and book a second viewing from the first viewing page. To find the first viewing page, either head to the Viewings table by clicking the viewings tab on the left side panel, selecting the relevant status and clicking on the viewing.

Or go to the property page and click on the 'completed viewings' section under Property Stats at the top right.

Once on the first viewing page, you'll see an 'arrange second viewing' option in the viewing details box on the right hand side.

Clicking this will take you straight to the calendar page where you can book the viewing in with an agent at a time and date that suits, making use of Suggested Slots to speed things up!

Once this viewing has been booked, the first viewing will show on the second viewing page, under the confirmed viewing banner.
