Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire Configuration
As part of your branch Street App & Portal settings you can setup pre-qualifying questionnaires for applicants, ensuring you gather important information before progressing with their enquiry.
Depending on your settings, applicants can either complete the questionnaire when booking a viewing online, if you have online viewings enabled, or by following the link in the 'auto responder' email that is sent after they submit an enquiry via the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket etc).

To get started with the configuration, head to Branch Settings > Street App & Portal > where you will see Pre Qualifying Questionnaires for sales and lettings.
Note - To access the pre-qualifying questions settings for the branch you will need to be a branch or company admin.
Configuration
From the questionnaire page you will see the 'Configuration' section on the right hand side where you can choose when an applicant should complete the questionnaire depending on your online booking settings.
To book a viewing online
If you have online bookings enabled, the only option will be for applicants to complete the questionnaire when they try to book a viewing online. In this scenario, applicants would choose to book a viewing and after entering their contact details and preferred date and time, would complete the questionnaire.
Note - You can control if an applicant should actually be able to book their viewing based on their answers to the pre-qualifying questionnaire by setting up rules in your template.
With online bookings enabled applicants will be able to book a viewing from the Street public page (typically following an applicant match), from your website (if you web dev has set this up) or from the auto-responder email sent to portal enquiries.
The only additional configuration step here may be to edit the content of the notification template by clicking 'edit'. This will take you to the edit notification content page for that auto-responder (sales or lettings) where you can edit the content as well as change the text and URL on the button in the email.
To complete a pre-qualification questionnaire only
If you have online bookings disabled, the only option will for applicants to complete the pre-qualification questionnaire only. In this scenario, an applicant would submit an enquiry via the portals and receive the auto-responder email in reply, prompting them to complete the questionnaire.
Note - It's important to note that the auto-responder email that is sent when online viewings are disabled is different to when viewings are enabled.
Again, you may want to edit the content of this auto-responder by clicking the edit button. This works the same way as with online bookings enabled except for the fact that the button should be set to 'pre-qualifying questionnaire page'.
