Fee Labels

When sending a sales valuation in Street, you will need to select you upfront and/or completion fees. The options available here will be determined by what fee labels have been setup in your settings.

This article focuses setting up for your fee labels in settings but for more information on adding fees to a valuation or instruction, see this help article.

Fee Label Settings

To access you fee label settings head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Company Settings > Fee Labels.

Note - To access the fee label settings you will need to be a Company Admin and have a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage fee labels' enabled.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

The fee label settings page is broken down into the upfront and completion sections.

Adding a new fee label

To add a new fee label, type the name of the fee label and click the 'add' button in the relevant section. For example, if adding a photography fee label you would typically enter the fee name in the upfront section. If adding a completion fee, such as the % fee taken on completion, you would enter the fee name in the completion section and click the add button.

Note - It's important to understand that you don't add the amount of any fees here, you are just adding the options that can be selected during a valuation and instruction.

After adding a new fee label, you'll see it highlighted in green and state it is new.

To ensure the changes you've made are saved, you must click the 'save changes' button at the bottom right.

Adding a 'discount' fee label

You can also use this section to add a discount fee label, for when offering a discount on an instruction, for example a fee label called 'EPC discount'.

Then when adding this fee to your valuation or instruction fees, simply select the 'discount fee label' and add a - (minus) in front of the price, ie -50 for a discount for ยฃ50.

This discount will then show on the upfront or completion invoice, when generated.

Editing an existing fee label

To edit a fee label, head to the the fee labels page and click the pencil icon next to an existing fee. Here, you can edit the name of that fee label.

After editing a fee label, you'll see it highlighted in orange and state it has been modified.

To ensure the changes you've made are saved, you must click the 'save changes' button at the bottom right.

Deleting a fee label

To delete a fee label, head to the the fee labels page and click the bin icon next to an existing fee label.

With your fee labels set up, you can start adding them to valuations and instructions.
