Brochures on Portal Listings
Whether you create your brochures from within Street or create them externally, you can automatically add the brochure to the portal listing.
Using brochures created from within Street
If you create your brochures within Street, when saving the brochure you will see a popup asking if you want to publish the brochure to the portals.
Ticking this will create a public URL for the brochure that will automatically be added to the 'Other Media' section of the property and will automatically publish to the portals. This section can be found from the property page by clicking Edit (at the top right) > Edit Property > Property Details section.
Note - If there are any existing brochures saved here, they will be overridden with this new one.

Using brochures created externally
If you create brochures externally, you will need to ensure they are uploaded into Street and made available in the property feed API before they can be added to the portal listing. From the property page click Info (at the top right) > Documents and Files.
If you haven't uploaded your external brochure to Street, you will need to do this first by clicking 'create document' at the top right and then selecting 'from file upload'. For more information, see our Uploading an Externally Generated Brochure to Street help article.
Once uploaded, or if you have an existing external brochure already uploaded, click the three dot menu on the right hand side and check if the 'copy link' option is available.
If you cannot see the copy link option, instead click edit and then tick the 'make available on your website' checkbox and click 'save'. This will make the brochure available in the property feed API and allow you to copy the link.
If the copy link option does show, or after following the above steps, click it to copy the public link for that brochure. Then from the property page click Edit (at the top right) > Edit Property > Property Details > scroll down to Other Media and paste the link into the URL field. Select a title and type and click 'save and continue'.
Your external brochure will now show on the listing on the portals.
